Jaden George is an entrepreneurial and data-driven visionary. He has a strong passion for real estate, which led him to jump in head-first during college. Skipping the single-family investing stage, Jaden jumped straight into small multifamily by investing in a quadplex in the heart of his college town. This opened his eyes to the power of multifamily, and now he strives to make this asset class accessible for everyone.
At HorizonTen Properties, Jaden oversees asset management, capital markets, and investor relations.
On a more personal note, Jaden is driven by the idea of financial independence. So much so that he built and published the blog buyinglifeback.com, which offers commentary on using the pursuit of financial independence to lead a more intentional and fulfilling life. Jaden’s goal with this endeavor was to shed light on the full extent of each and every human being’s vast potential, as well as how to tap into it.
Charles Jones is a young, momentum-driven individual focused on developing financial models and economic theories to establish fair pricing in various markets. With a strong background in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling, Charles desires to take HorizonTen Properties to the next level through assisting in rigorous property-level underwriting and market analysis in order to continue providing the highest quality opportunities to our investors.
