About Us

Jaden George is the Managing Partner of HorizonTen Properties, a Nashville-based private real estate investment firm acquiring value-add commercial and multifamily assets in the $1M to $10M range across Southeast secondary and tertiary markets.

Before founding HorizonTen, Jaden underwrote several billion dollars of prospective commercial real estate acquisitions and developments for investment banks, private equity sponsors, and investment firms, and built the underwriting and asset management systems that several of those clients still run on. He started his career in acquisitions and asset management. That combination shaped his approach to the smaller end of the market: institutional methodology applied to assets most large funds will not look at, and most small operators are not equipped to manage.

HorizonTen owns and operates multifamily across the Southeast with a focus on Tennessee, and has closed six transactions totaling 153 units. Jaden underwrites every deal personally and stays directly involved through closing and asset management. The firm prices to conservative debt assumptions and defensible rent comps, with a clear path to stabilized cash flow before signing any LOI. Brokers, sellers, and lenders deal directly with the principal making the decision, from first call through closing.

Jaden holds a degree in Finance and Business Management from Tennessee Tech, where he graduated magna cum laude. He has lived in Nashville for twelve years and hosts the Music City Multifamily Network, a meetup for Nashville multifamily investors. He spends several weeks abroad each year, with a particular interest in how cities are built and how local economies work.
