Jaden George

Managing Partner

Jaden George is the Managing Partner of HorizonTen Properties, a Nashville-based private real estate investment firm acquiring value-add commercial and multifamily assets in the $1M to $10M range across Southeast secondary and tertiary markets.

Before founding HorizonTen, Jaden underwrote more than $3 billion in prospective commercial real estate acquisitions and developments. He built proprietary underwriting and asset management systems for private equity sponsors and investment firms, and consulted on transactions totaling over $100 million in deal capitalization. That work shaped his approach to the smaller end of the market: institutional methodology applied to assets most large funds will not look at and most small operators are not equipped to manage.

HorizonTen targets sub-institutional multifamily across Tennessee and the broader Southeast. Jaden underwrites every deal personally and stays directly involved through closing and asset management. The firm prices to conservative debt assumptions and defensible rent comps, with a clear path to stabilized cash flow before signing any LOI. HorizonTen works with passive investors and joint venture partners looking for institutional discipline on deals below the threshold for major funds.

Jaden has lived in Nashville for twelve years. He spends several weeks abroad each year, with a particular interest in how cities are built and how local economies work.
